Dear Mrs. Clinton,<BR>My series of concerns:1) The Justice system. With respect to DHS, policies need to be reevaluated. Policies with respect to data that the FBI and the NCIC have access to. There are multiple errors in my file in the system. Some files have my age wrong and I have been detain ed for many months because of this incorrect information. my father passed away in february of 2015 and I could not even visit Ghana for that.2)who is enforcing this feder federal law? For example, police officers who abuse their poor. This needs to be addressed. I am a man that does not wish to be detained. I wish to exercise my rights and I feel that the way things are now, my rights are being violated.<BR>Sincerely,<BR>Victor R.
