Dear next President,<BR>I would like to address the issues in the black community. We have been suffering for several decades. There is an aura of hopelessness when it comes to education and opportunities. This often results in youth seeking less unfortunate routes of opportunity. This is an endless cycle that does not result in success for the black community and the holistic community of America. It is not right to punish these communities for their lack of opportunity.
