Dear President,<BR>I've been living in my husband's areea for three years and there's no electricity. We've gone through three generators and our local chapter house has been saying that they's run electricity through. They keep giving us excuses for why it doesn't happen. My oldest is 9 years old and she wants a computer. But becuase there's no electricity, we can't have a computer.
