Dear Mr. President,<BR>I found that a lot of people in NY who need quick temporary jobs drive New York City cabs. If the condition for this position was that you are a U.S. citizen, you would find a lot less Moroccan born workers in the industry. The point is, to protect jobs for United States citizens.
