Dear Mr. President, I worked my way up from nothing to director of sales and marketing for a distinguished computer company, and was laid off almost a year ago. I see a great discrepancy from what I see in the news regarding emplo yment opportunities and what it actually out there. My heart really goes out to other people who I run across who don't have nearly the experience or qualifications that I do. But essentially we're all in the same boat.
