Dear President,<BR>My name is Rick and I'm a mechanical engineering student at (illegible). I am currently not invovled in any sports or activities in my school, but I am invovled in urban sportnot recognized in the least bit. I would really like to ask if you could do anything about promoting urban sports -- hip hop culture. In reality I have seen it save more lives than any other sport I've seen.
